How do I record Holiday Pay?

We do not have a separate field for Holiday Pay, and it is not considered PTO.

You have two good options to record holiday pay: (1) you can record the holiday hours as regular hours and write a Paystub Note that it's for a holiday; or (2) you can record the holiday hours under an Additional Rate and write a Paystub Note that it's for a holiday.

We always encourage you to list any paid holidays in the contract with your employee.
