Depending on your state, you may have the ability to choose a different payday schedule!
In total, there are 4 different potential schedules: Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-Monthly, and Monthly. However, these options are not available in every state. You can check the Poppins Resource Pages to see the pay period restrictions in your state.
If your state allows you to change payday schedules, you can do so from Settings->Employee Info->Pay Settings. From there, you can change the Pay Frequency.
Changing your pay frequency in the middle of a cycle will change your employee's payday and the pay period worked. I would also change the language: "Please note that biweekly pay has two different payday options. So, if you select biweekly, please review the dates and ensure that both you and your employee are aware of the date changes.
