Where can I get a copy of my 941?

Household employers do not file Form 940 or 941 like traditional revenue-generating small businesses.

If your Workers' Compensation company is doing an audit and requests a 940 or 941, please let them know that household employers do not file a 940 or 941. Instead, we make 1040ES tax payments to the IRS for you, and then you file a Schedule H.

You can pull your employee's most recent paystub for a consolidated view of payroll as it shows year-to-date totals (YTD). If you need a specific date range, you can use Filing Cabinet-->Payroll -->Generate FSA Receipt. Once there, you can enter the date range needed.

You can access the Schedule H from your Filing Cabinet, under Federal Taxes. Once there, scroll down to Year End Documents.
